This website (https://5thvision.vercel.app/) is operated by Gemma Young trading as 5th Vision Tattoo, based in Victoria, BC, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and your rights under Canada’s federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act(PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
We do not sell personal information. We do not operate an account or login system. We do not process payments on this site.

Information We Collect
Hosting and Server Logs
Our website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit any page, Vercel’s infrastructure automatically records technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages requested, and date and time of access. This data is used by Vercel to operate the hosting service and is subject to Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (with your consent only)
If you accept cookies via our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 collects information about how you use the site, including pages visited, time spent on pages, general location (country/region), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and used only to understand site traffic and improve the experience.
GA4 is provided by Google LLC. Data is sent to Google’s servers and governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with Google for advertising purposes.
If you decline cookies, GA4 is not loaded and no analytics data is sent.

Vercel’s hosting logs are used for infrastructure security, debugging, and service delivery.

- Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC

Withdrawing Consent for Analytics
You can change your analytics preference at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage and site data for this site. This will cause the cookie consent banner to reappear on your next visit, allowing you to make a new choice.
